I do both personal Life Coaching and also Business Coaching.
Personal Life Coaching
I coach indivuals to help them achieve their potential and to move towards their dreams.
Life Coaching will help people to move forward gently over a period of a few weeks.
It will help people understand who they are and what their personal values are.
Business Coaching
Business Coaching allows me to utilise my considerable business experience, and help other businesses to achieve their potential.
To increase business profitability, staff morale and retention, and also increase well being, you need business coaching.
All coaching is confidential
Managers will be personally coached, then taught how to use business coaching to manage their staff by encouraging the staff to think and take responsibility. This is the way to make the staff motivated, as they are involved in the business. They learn and perform better.
I will work with your staff coaching them to relate to each other and to the managers I will work with your managers guiding them to use their new skills, and agree goals with their staff. The working environment will be happier and more productive
